Tenaya Sands
Ivins, Utah
Completed in 2006, Tenaya Sands is our first subdivision. With 59 lots, roughly a quarter of an acre each, it is the largest subdivision we have developed. Custom home sites with gorgeous views, just down the street from Kayenta.
Tenaya Estates
Ivins, Utah
With one third acre lots, Tenaya Estates was created for larger custom homes. Completed in 2008, it is across the street and to the East of Tenaya Sands and contains 30 home sites. Ivins is a wonderful place to create a happy life.
Redstone
Ivins, Utah
Redstone is our newest subdivision. It was completed in 2015 and contains 14 custom home lots. It sits just North of Tenaya Estates. The natural elevation of the land supplies theses quarter acre plus lots with beautiful views to both the North and the South.
